The Day Earth Stopped is a post-apocalyptic survival modpack for Forge 1. 20. 1, designed to transform Minecraft into a long-term, realistic, and performance-optimized survival experience.

It combines urban decay, dynamic weather, realistic survival systems, and advanced combat mechanics to create a consistent world where danger exists everywhere, day and night.

The modpack has been curated for both single-player immersion and cinematic storytelling, with special attention to performance balance and atmosphere. It has been optimized for ERAZER Gaming hardware for stable FPS even in large cities and storm environments.

## 🌍 A Dead World That Still Breathes

## 🩸 Survival Beyond the Hunger Bar

> You are not immortal anymore.

- Legendary Survival Overhaul: replaces Minecraft’s health bar with a body-part system (head, arms, legs, torso). Injuries cause bleeding, limping, or reduced strength.

- Mediumcore: each death permanently removes one heart, increasing the tension of long-term survival.

- Sona: infection system disabled by default, but other features (noise, threat levels) remain active.

- Cold, heat, and thirst are real dangers: exhaustion and dehydration build over time.

- Zombie Awareness, The Hordes, and Hostile Mobs Improve Over Time evolve the enemy AI. Smell, light, and sound matter.

You must craft/savage bandages, painkillers, and proper food sources to remain effective. Surviving without preparation quickly becomes impossible.

Automate defenses with turrets, barricades, and ammunition storage. Survive as long as possible.
