# Spawner Upgrades **Fabric version of this datapack with a lot more functionality :**\ (https://modrinth.com/mod/vanilla-spawners-expanded) This datapack aims to give players more freedom when using mob spawners. You will be able to customize and upgrade any mob spawners using new craftable items, as well as displace them using the existing Silk Touch enchantment. _**You have to use the resource pack while using this datapack or else every custom items will look glitched. You can dowload it by clicking the latest version in the 'versions' tab.**_ ## New Items _To use these items, simply aim a spawner or a mob and use right click._ ### Soul Desintegrator !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/0a19b813791c671852db10263143fe9bd400e67a.png) This item is used to reset the current mob type of a spawner. ### Spawner Igniter !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/7185b2a242302170995b75ae5e6ef990f45b48c2.png) This item is used to activate a freshly placed spawner, it is necessary after breaking one. ### Cursed Bottle !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/e502c0f2a508cbdcd1a9d68ab14d5a6dc47cd4ac.png) This item is used to catch a mob "soul" to later fill a spawner. Right click one of the compatible mobs to catch it. Once you have a Soul in a Bottle, you can right click an empty lit spawner to set its mob type. ### Crowd Upgrade !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/932b0d23ca9f6e7697db9c9837ddbfde03944963.png) This upgrade will increase the spawner mob cap up to 18 entities instead of 6. ### Range Upgrade !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/77551d7770516f62a804c7db4274e4a1ebac3c8b.png) This upgrade will increase the required player range of the spawner from 16 to 64 blocks. ### Speed Upgrade !(https://cdn.modrinth.com/data/cached_images/e370c6d3869dcf3b3058cfc7a12f342062159b71.png) This upgrade will decrease the time between each spawn cycle of the spawner. ## Compatible Mobs There are 18 compatible mobs which can be used in a spawner : - Creeper - Zombie - Skeleton - Spider - Blaze - Cave Spider - Silverfish - Magma Cube - Drowned - Enderman - Hoglin - Husk - Slime - Stray - Witch - Wither Skeleton - Zombified Piglin - Bogged
