Regional Form Mooshtank [Cobblemon]

# **Mooshtank is Grass type now.** In the remote corners of the minecraftian oceans lies little pockets of land called mushroom fields. In these fields, you can find majestic Mooshtanks grazing. This data pack takes the Miltank form that comes with cobblemon, called "Mooshtank" in the source code, and treats it like a new regional form. Said treatment includes the sort of changes we're used to seeing with Pokemon regional forms including: a new type, some new ability options, a slightly varied move pool, and some tweaked stats (but keeping the original Base Stat Total). I made this pack because I love our fungal bovine friend, and thought they deserved a proper form. ## Full breakdown To get it out of the way, Mooshtank is undoubtedly stronger than Miltank, which isn't saying much because Miltank is a rather weak Pokemon. But considering Mooshtanks are far more rare, I figured a nice buff was in order. As with all mushroom Pokemon, Mooshtank is now Grass type. Being mono Grass type sets it apart from the other mushroom mons, as well as offering good resistances. Keeping Miltank's Thick Fat ability also grants eliminates its Fire and Ice weaknesses. As for the other abilities, I've replaced Scrappy with Effect Spore, which is an ability all mushroom Pokemon get. I've also borrowed Paldean Tauros' hidden ability for Mooshtank, replacing Sap Sipper with Cud Chew. A great ability if used well. The biggest change to the Base Stats was dropping Miltank's Speed from 100 down to 65. The main reason for this is because all mushroom Pokemon get access to the best Sleep move in the game, Spore. Spore turns ok Pokemon into amazing Pokemon, and as much as I wanted to keep its speed the same, I couldn't bring myself to let it outspeed the current fastest Spore user, Breloom, and their 70 Speed. This is the same reason Game Freak slapped Mycelium Might on Toedscruel to prevent it from utilizing its 100 Speed with Spore. However Mooshtank is still a fast bulky Spore user, so I wouldn't worry about it being too slow. :) Speaking of bulk, those 35 stat points had to go somewhere. Miltank has always leaned towards the Defensive side, so I thought it would be neat to change that up by making Special Defence its new highest stat going from 70 to 110. Mooshtank still has respectable defense though, only going down from 105 to 90. And last but also least, Special Attack has remained the same as Miltanks at 40. The move department has recieved some nice improvements as well, replacing some moves with shiny new ones. As previously mentioned, this includes the infamous Spore. Perhaps just as notably, Mooshtank now has a strong new STAB coming from Horn Leech, which also doubles as some extra recovery.
