Ice Emperor Data pack work by Creating Ice Armor set, All recipes are mention in the images, Ice Emperor have 5 powers with 1 Sneak + Jump Freeze power, after activation of Armor eye becomes aqua and health will be 50hp, Ice Emperor Texture pack have glowing effects , after activation all 5 powers are divided into 5 Slots, first 5 slots are the powers, 1 slot works when you hit any entity, other 4 slots work without hitting any entity just left click.
