This uses the new item components introduced in (https://www.minecraft.net/en-us/article/minecraft-snapshot-24w12a) to increase the mining speed when mining deepslate. The `minecraft:tool` component is written to all netherite pickaxes. (This means that removing the datapack will cause that data to still remain on them!)
