Get Guild Authorisation and Hunt! This data pack works for compatibility between Monster Hunter: Heaven and Hell and Bountiful's Bounty Boards. By obtaining a Hunter's Guild Decree, your bounty board will provide Small and Large Monsters as objectives for bounties. As your reputation increases, more Large Monsters will be available as objectives. For the best experience, I suggest only using the Guild Decree by itself, and either only taking 1-2 bounties per hunt, or setting the bounty generation in the config for bountiful to a higher value (default is 1 per 45 seconds, I find 600 seconds works). Alternatively, combining decrees will mix reward pools, allowing for rare items from the others to be achieved through hunts.
