(W.I.P) No Resource Processing Times And More Snakebite Friendly 1.10

So this mod is currently a work in progress, it does and does not work, not sure why but I am going to try and figure it out.

Description

So with this mod, it will process your unprocessed materials instantly. The system works by giving you the resources when you reach a checkpoint after a certain time but as I set all timers to 0, you should get resources for every checkpoint. Also edited is the amount processed for you rank, each one is set to 10k for any rank (S,A,B,C,D,E,F). I would like to tell you again this is not complete, it is still being worked on by me, so don't moan if you aren't getting what I have stated at this time.

You may or may not get 10k per checkpoint, I have tested this and at one point I got 1577 fuel resources, then another time I got over 5000 fuel resources and for some reason it doesn't give me resources at every checkpoint, so bare in mind it could vary for you as well.
