Venom Snake without eyepatch and shrapnel

This mod removes both the eyepatch and the shrapnel from Venom Snake's head and restores his right eye. There are a few mods that already do one of these two but I did not find any that do both and have full cutscene and demon levels support.

Any bugs or issues you discover, please let me know.

Some miscellaneous info regarding the mod:

- Pre-rendered cutscenes are unaffected as those are video files, not using installed game assets (two instances)

- Hospital Snake had some of its textures included and reorganized as some of those are still hashed and would cause flickering otherwise. A bit of redundancy and also larger file size but it is a necessity for now.

- Demon levels are now indicated by Snake gradually getting bloodshot eyes. At maximum level the bloody appearance is still present.

- DarkVentus for the base face texture

- CapLagRobin for the fixed eyelashes

- Team Naked for the bandana
