Buffs UN-ARC to behave like a real G3/FN FAL battle rifle.
Rebalances UN-ARC into a proper battle rifle - deals 50% more damage than it did, fires in semi auto with bigger recoil than before, you carry less ammo as well. Based off the iconic G3/FN FAL also known as mod's title.
