Reupload of my Strichtarn Camo
This is a reupload of my mod that changes the Splitter camo to Strichtarn camo used by East Germany. I deleted the old one because the end result was absolutely atrocious. I reduced the pattern size by around half and it looks much better now. This affects only Snake's scarf variant, as well as his normal/naked versions added by OldBoss.
