Installation:
Extract 00.dat from archive to E:\GAMES\Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master\0\
Installation For LUA:
1. Use QAR_Tool to unpack 00.dat from your game folder E:\GAMES\Steam\SteamApps\common\MGS_TPP\master\0\ 2. Copy and replace in "00" in "00" 3. Then using notepad++ add line to the 00.inf:
18e2a707b8155b1d|00\Assets\tpp\motherbase\script\MbmCommonSetting20BaseResSec.lua key=0 version=0 compressed=0
4. Repack 00.inf with QAR_Tool.
