In vanilla, the Distinguished Service Medal can be awarded by completing main missions, but the Service Cross is only awarded to Wandering Puppets and specific story missions, and the Medal Of Honor is only awarded in FOB missions.
In this mod:

- The Service Cross can be earned by recovering from a serious injury while playing as the soldier.
