📋 About This Mod
An ongoing project which attempts to add variety to the staff name generation. Many names are changed and some unique characters use their "real" names. This mod does not promise to be lore-friendly.
Allow your staff to take on the names of the legendary private force, Punished Wolf. This is a simple text mod which changes lots of the prefixes and suffixes that are allotted to soldier name generation, in the hopes of enhancing the variety allowed. By default, lots of names are duplicated in the game files for some reason. This mod focuses on replacing the duplicate names mainly, although some unique staff also had their names changed for easier identification. This mod does not pretend to be lore-friendly, although certain very specific names like "Snake" and "Ocelot" were avoided.
If there are any names you would like to see added to the list of possible names the game will assign to staff, let me know in the comments and I will add them to the next release of this mod.
Installation Use SnakeBite. You may need to disable the compatibility check. This mod overwrites mb_staff_name.eng.lng2.
