Real weapon names update

Thank you jvarnes for giving me permission to continue development of your mod.

"This is a small mod to change the fictional names of various weapons in the game to ones found in the real world. To install:

copy(you have no mods): 1.exctract and Copy the 00.dat into steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\master\0 2. yes to overwrite

For snakebite: 1. Download SnakeBite's Mod Manager, set it up. 2. Open the Modmanager, click on Mods, click "Install Mod..." and browse to and select the msgv file When it asks you to install the files even though they're outdated (they aren't), say yes. 3. Start the Game.

For QAR(you need to merge because of other mods) add the .fpk to the 00.dat file. detailed instructions for this can be found with the QAR tool

Possible issues Snakebite load loop- reported by a few users. Unable to replicate on any of my computers,  Possible solution run in admin and change folder permissions of steam library to everybody has full control.
