Quieter Headshots and No Sprint Wind Noise

There's an annoying extra fwoop and head-cracking sound whenever you land a headshot, this simply disables it, and also the wind noise when sprinting. (Thank you rammsteincsgo for the suggestion)

I wish I could upload a video comparison, but my computer isn't beefy enough to record while playing. Trust me though, the difference is night and day as soon as you snipe an enemy.

Because of the way sound files are packed in this game, this mod will conflict with custom Sortie Prep music mods. In which case, if you're tired of hearing the default prep music I included two files - one with default music, and a version with MGS 1's main menu and alert phase as the main menu and sortie prep music respectively.

Not gonna lie, the sound files for the headshot cue are a pain in the ass to isolate so I may have missed some files. Please let me know if so or if there are issues.

Regarding Sprinting, there's still a sound of wind passing by when you sprint past next to obstacles like trees, which is realistic but I don't like it with the muted sprint wind. I can't find those files that play when that happens, if you spot them please let me know so I can update the mod as well.
