Prone Shortcut

THIS IS NOW A PART OF THE RADARKEYS MOD.

• You can install the RadarKeys mod instead.

• Keeping this active as a "legacy" copy of the mod.

Description

Have you ever experienced trying to prone to avoid vision, but Snake keeps standing up and crouching back down?

Have you ever experienced getting seen by a gunship while crouching and instead of proning, Snake stood up and got caught?

Have you ever toggled the flashlight on your gun? Did you even know you can do that?

Yeah, that's what made me do this.

My baby step into modding this game. I guess?

Installation instructions

• Install Snakebite

• Install InfiniteHeaven

• Install this mod

Main features

• This will let you go into Prone stance without holding the Stance button by pressing the Toggle Flashlight button (default 'X' on keyboard)

• The script is bound to the "Toggle Flashlight" command itself, so if you changed your Key Assignment, that's the activation key instead.

• The script will not trigger if you are aiming your weapon to avoid overlaying with the flashlight in-game.

• You can still enable flashlight in the weapon radial menu with the 'T' button (default).

• This does not disable the Stance button itself. You can still hold the Stance button to prone.

• Literally just a shortcut between Prone and Crouch. That's it.

Requirements

• Infinite Heaven (r265 or higher) and its prerequisites

• SnakeBite Mod Manager (0. 9. 2. 4)

• Tested on MGSV 1. 0. 15. 4, but should work on the 15. 3

Shout outs

• Modder's Heaven in Discord

• Topher and LordRamza for the SnakeBite Mod Manager

• tinmantex for the Infinite Heaven

• They don't know it, but shoutout to yazed0071, the creator of V Framework. He is the main guy that made me understand the LUA scripting for modding this game. lol
