NoOfflineTimers and NoCasualtiesDeployment

Custom version of Jarhad's No More Timers mod fusioned with SoullessMadness's InstantDeploymentNoCasualties mod for compatibility between them.

I just modified the parameters of Jarhad's MbmCommonSetting30Deploy Lua file mantaining the parameters of the weapon/equipment/base/fob research and construction and only changed the Deploy Missions parameters to the SoullessMadness's InstantDeploymentNoCasualties mod ones.

Instant completition:

Offline deploy missions

: The only devices you can instantly research on the security part are the white ones (See Note).

**: When you select it the white bar won't complete, you have to go back to the main iDroid window or one behind where you are.
