no deployment cost updated

Sorry guys, but I haven't played MGSV in 3 years, and I haven't had the time to update this in a long while.

There are no guarantees of compatibility with anything recent.

If anyone is interested in updating this, creating patches and all that, shoot me a PM and I can explain what I remember to you and give you my files to update.

Or you can manage by yourself, and have my full permission to do so.

Compatibility version for No More Timers is up!

Working on a version for Anyone's improvements, but I need some info from Anyone before I feel comfortable making some edits, so no ETA yet, sorry.

Updated to mgsv 1. 14.

Apparently, konami fucked up (no news here lol) and will probably update the game again soon-ish. Ping me, and I'll update it again, although it may still be compatible, who knows. THANKS KONAMI

No compatibility version for Anyone's Improvements or No More Timers since none of these are up to date yet. Ping me when they are and I'll try to whip something up.

Also, I separated the dat and script version, because I'm sure the few script users must have been annoyed at the half a Gb download when they want only the 200KB file.

A quick port of Jekyll's excellent 'no deployment cost' which unfortunately hadn't been updated to the latest game version.

The archive includes the dat file to replace if you have no other mod changing it, and the modified lua script to package with makebite or qar tool.

You only need one of the two three files, I recommend the dat file for simplicity, drop it in YOURINSTALLFOLDER\master\0 and replace the original.

If you want to use makebite or qar tool, i'm sure you'll figure it out you smart cookie.

In the unlikely event the game further updates, don't hesitate to request an updated version (as I may not notice since I've pretty much stopped playing mgsv).Please konami stop making updates now it is time to stop

Also, still does not work for online items, but heh, at least you don't have 60000GMP of chopper cost each time you go chase animals anymore, amirite?

I added a snakebite version since people (actually one person but idk I like being helpful) requested it. Please test it and tell me if it works, all I did was package it with makebite so I'm not sure. Apparently it works, which is great because I would have absolutely no idea how to fix it if it didn't. I even made a patch for Anyone's improvements while I was at it.
