Naked 'Big Boss' Snake Voice Overhaul

As the last voice replacer for Venom Snake was updated over 5 years ago, I took it upon myself to learn how to mod MGSV to pseudo-update that mod. With this mod, I replaced lines with what I personally thought fit better, and a lot more lines are added.

CHANGES

-> Completely replaces lines calling out to Buddies.

-> Completely replaces Holdup & Interrogation lines.

-> Removes all but one D-Horse "Hyah!" type lines (The last one is in a separate file).

-> Replaces the Hand of Jehuty lines to be more comical.

-> DOES NOT replace the Stun Arm yell. Doing so breaks the level 3 charge from working (somehow).

-> DOES NOT change grunt lines. They'd be a headache to change for me, plus the grunt lines are barely even noticeable that it's Sutherland (give or take).

-> DOES NOT replace cutscene dialogue.

Fun Fact: There are 2 separate sets of voice lines that Snake uses, depending on his proximity to an enemy. If he isn't near an enemy (121m or more), he has more relaxed lines. I added more lines to those to separate them from "Near Enemy" lines (120m or less), so there's more flavor now.
