MGSV - Sounds and notifications edits

(Info: I left modding this game. I wanted to made more content to this mod but I don't wanted to make conflicts between famous IH mod and others. I hope you understand. Enjoy this lightweight mod.)

ALL CHANGES ON VIDEOS!

Miscellaneous Changes :

- Remastered in-game notifications. A lot of notifications were deleted and some were edited to "first-person talk" form.

- Real names for staff (also generated names are now edited).

Audio Changes :

- MOST annoying Ocelot's and Miller's radio calls muted

- Quiet humming muted

- Muted enemy radio calls (over 2000 sound files muted) (! They not speaking while using transmitter, still MUCH BETTER than listen to them)

- Sortie Prep music: Payday 2 - (old) blueprints

- Arrived supply drop sound removed

- Interaction sound removed

- Processed materials grab sound removed

- Ammo/suppresor refill sound removed

- Plant grab sound removed

- Box equip/unequip sounds removed

- Swapped "cartoon" lethal headshot for a real one

- Swapped annoying non-lethal headshot for a real one

- Alert sound removed

- Afghanistan, Africa and Motherbase (Not all for motherbase) BGM removed

- Cigar BGM remaked (Quiet theme)

- "Ammo full" sound removed

- Knife kill sound removed

- On/Off transmitter sound removed
