the MGS4 railgun for TPP.
i decided to port the Mgs4 railgun and tried to get it as close to mgs4 as i could.
unfortunately no charging shots but the normal shots work similar to how they did in mgs4.
replaces the Molotok
thnx to TrikzMe for upscaling some textures.
