Very old file from 2018, thanks to Reptoid PM on the Modders' Heaven Discord server for reminding me that I never got around to releasing it.
Adds an option to Infinite Heaven's Custom soldier type and MB Suit settings that changes the enemy soldiers or the soldiers on Mother Base to cyborgs from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance.
Requires: Infinite Heaven
