I recommend deleting "Sands.mp3" typically found in "C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\CustomSoundtrack" as it is filler to let you know you can add custom music. There is a 100 mp3 limit so this mod will not be interfered with if you did not delete it.
