Less ammo and smaller magazines with optionally no suppressors

This mod will decrease ammo and magazine size and offer other options, like no suppressors and decreased support weapons.

My reasoning was generally the following: smallest magazine size from that weapon class. 3 reloads for handguns, shotguns and sniper rifles, 2 reloads for SMGs and Assault Rifles. 1 reload for Machine Guns. If the game had default values smaller than this, I kept them to all the grades of the guns.

In general:

Pistols: 7 / 21

Some non-lethal pistols: 7/14 (this is actually default)

Revolvers: 6/12

Shotguns and all sniper rifles: 5/15

Assault Rifles and SMGs: 20/40

Machine Guns: 50/50

Missiles and grenade launchers: 1/6 (treated them similar to the first grade grenades)

The versions of this mod are:

Basic Versions: Two basic versions, one is the basic version and the other is the basic version without suppressors.

All the other versions include:

- Enhanced Quiet: Increased penetration of Quiet's rifles "Wicked Butterfly" and "Guilty Butterfly" allowing her to kill or tranq enemies wearing helmets or Heavy Armor with a single shot.

- Enhanced OSP:

- All the DEFAULT (Soviet, PF and XOF) Enemies' weapons (Pistols, SMGs, Shotguns, Assault Rifles and Sniper Rifles) can have suppressors equiped to them.

- All of the enemies' weapons will have piercing ammunition and the highest damage of their classes.

- The suppressors on weapons procured on site will always be unbreakable in all versions of this mod except the Basic Versions and the No suppressor versions.

- Steal an enemy's weapon using the CQC Steal and the weapon will have a suppressor attached to it. Otherwise, you (or Quiet) will have to find suppressors in the field and attach to them.

- No suppressors: I removed the suppressing properties of the suppressors. They'll no longer suppress the sound of your shots. I removed them from all weapons, don't bother trying to put them back, they'll still appear on the weapon but won't work.

- Enhanced Suppressors: This option will increase the durability of all suppressors to 250 shots. Thanks to Ryles1 for determining that this is the highest durability available.

- Unbreakable Suppressors: All suppressors will become unbreakable.

- Alternative Scope Magnifications: This option will alter most of your scope magnifications to (2-8x), (2-6-12x), (2-8-12x)

or (Extra 8X - adding an 8x step to all the scopes). The SHORT SCOPE

will be (2-6x) in all these options.

- Choking Enemies Will Put them to SLEEP.
