This mod outfits Venom Snake, commander of Outer Heaven, in a custom-designed uniform styled after FOXHOUND command — not as one of their own, but as a calculated deception.
As the phantom double of Big Boss, V dons this uniform to operate behind enemy lines, blur identities, and manipulate the legend. It's not about loyalty — it's about control, misdirection, and weaponizing appearances in a war of symbols.
This mod has been inspired by Alexander Michael's Metal Gear Solid : Outer Heaven Uprising concept
This mod is a add-on to Venom Snake Berets - Expanded 's FOXHOUND Beret
