Employee of the month badge for XOF

All the hospital XOF soldiers now proudly wear badges declaring them employee of the month. Skullface evidently thinks highly of all his staff very equally. :P

A test mod for me to learn how to import files into Blender, out of Blender, into MGSV and properly kitbash the seperate meshes from different models together.
