Disable suppressors (silencers)

This mod disables the unrealistic suppressors, typical bs of videogames, for MGSV:TPP. Obviously this will increase the difficulty of the game.

I don't know how to remove the (also unrealistic) tranquilizer gun, but this mod makes it useless anyway, because it can be heard, and so at that point you just use a normal pistol.

I suggest using this mod together with the hardest difficulty settings in Infinite Heaven (400% enemy sight, game over on alert, etc.), and with an early unlock of the basic sniper rifle (you can use my savefile). This should result in the most realistic MGSV experience IMHO, excluding the Bollywood story and cutscenes.
