Changes the taser arm out for a defibrillator arm.
So I never used the electric stun arm very much, and I figured it'd be fun to replace it with one of the concept arms that got cut. So here's the Medical Arm as a replacement, I figured you could use the logic that its a weaponized defibrillator arm.
