Concept Art Quiet

Had this .max project file lying around since 2019-ish, got reminded of it again recently, figured I'd break it out and at least try to get it in-game before it vanishes into the void.

The default file uses standard olive gear, and the Black Gear file uses black gear instead, based on my initial interpretation of the concept art. The harness stuff might look black at first, but the rare highlights there seem to be green, so I while I started with black textures, I reverted them to green.

Includes a version for Zeta! Both colors included in one file, for both buddy and FOB player Quiet.

Uses assets from Morbidslinky's Topless Quiet mod, of which I think only the nude mod page remains. Aside from the gear covering it up, I made sure to censor the polygons and textures, though, so it should be fine.
