update: changed the equation to control the cost of deployement to a logistic function to cap a maximal cost at aproximatly 7600,

probably not the best way to do it but it work well, with this all cost are reduced and normalized on a respectabe price scale IMO.

Using a script, the costs have been randomly divided, most often by a factor of 2. Note that this script has not been tested online, nor for FOB missions, and it will not be.
