DETAILS: The most boringly named mod ever but it does it's job well enough.
Time scale is set to 1 Time syncs to your computer system time so you can know it's morning after pulling an all-nighter without having to look out the window
version r2: Phantom cigar now works - soldiers follow routes correctly. On ending usage, time is restored to local time again Added a Real Time Scale Only version - this will not set game time to your computer time but only set time scale to 1
Manual Install: Copy the files from either "RTS" or "RTSNoLocalTime" folder to: <YOUR_STEAM_PATH>\Steam\steamapps\common\MGS_TPP\master\0\ and run the .bat installer.
