Replace PF jeep with Desert Patrol Vehicle
its for player only because only the front seats work
of course the other seats work but are not set (I didn't remove it because if it works it works)
-player pose (part of the leg goes through the floor)
-blood filter on prep menu (shader issue?)
-rear passenger positions are not set (use only the front seats to make it look like something)
