Overall changes:

Deffensive offensive (in all directions) cancellable frames have been adjusted, same for their combo continuing flag.

Fully charged light release attack has been changed to Sam one, but in Raiden's style.

Charging effect has been adjusted to appear sooner.

Ninja Rush has been removed to do charged Sam attack properly.

Stormbringer has been changed to Sam's light + light + charged heavy attack, but in Raiden's style. Should feel better than normal stormbringer cause it's shorter and there's almost no way to make Stormbringer cancellable faster without code.

Heavy + wait + light + heavy attack speed and its effect has been adjusted.

Heavy + light + heavy attack attack has more hits. Same for heavy spam final kick.

Air heavy attack has been changed to Sam's double jump air heavy attack.

Most of the attacks have additional cancellable frames too: Lightning Strike, Thunder Strike, heavy attack combos final kicks, parries, etc.
