📋 About This Mod
METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGANCE (Steam) - Cutscenes with Japanese Audio This mod replaces the English dub with the original Japanese voices. I tested the opening cutscene and it works. I have no idea if it works with the DLC stories.
This is a mod for the game, METAL GEAR RISING: REVENGANCE. that replaces the English audio with the original (Japanese) audio. I took files from the ISO file of the Japanese PS3 version and put them into the files of the English Steam version to provide Japanese audio with English subs.
Quick Installation Guide
> Replace the Steam version's default GameData folder with the GameData 7Z file that I provided.
> Extract the 7Z file.
An issue with my mod is that it does not fix the gameplay audio. A user in my comments made a mod for that and suggested it, so I will include it here.
The only other issue with my mod is the file size, although, I don't know if it can be helped. My solution wold just be to install the files, delete whatever files are to be replaced (If you don't have enough space) and then to download my mod.
