this mod is Cirno from the touhou project over SenatorArmstrong, what is Cirno day?

Cirno day is today (in my time zone) which is september 9th or, 9,9

Also the model is from MIY (exact model https://bowlroll.net/file/322571 ) all credits to them for making the model, all i did was port it to mgr and remake the weights for mgr

HOW TO INSTALL THE MODS?

extract the zip and you'll see a "GameData" folder in there, grab that folder and drag and drop it into the Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance directory, also download the anti-bloom shader and the file limit patch,

Why am i Orion_Onion doing these mods instead of team fortress 2: Revengeance?

I Orion have been burnt out of the team fortress 2 mod, a year of working on it makes me look at it and lack motivation, i have a few mods i want to finish, such as my touhou: revengeance mod and a few side projects, then i'll hopefully still have the energy to do mods, but lads, i'll be honest with you, i'm getting burnt, i'm not quitting modding but its very tiring to spend hours, days even for like 10 downloads, Downloads aren't my top priority of course, but it makes me just look sad at the current state of mgr modding, seeing high effort mods get little to no downloads, so, please, my friends, spread the word of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance and its modding communites to your friends, we really need the morality boost, we love this game, anyways, enough rambling, i love you lads for making me feel like someone whose actually done something important, well not important, but fullfilling, I love seeing my mods out in public, ive seen them on twitter (X), reddit, youtube, random forums on the internet even, and of course, discord servers, its a blessing that i've had mods such as Team Fortress 2: Revengeance BLOW up, it makes me feel special, but i don't know, i want the modding community ALIVE again, please, please, spread the word of it, we just had a huge thing happen in it such as actual cutting data!!!!!!!

Sorry if it seems like im rambling for no reason, i just love Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance modding and hate the position its in right now.
