Become Monsoon (read desc)

swaps the HF machete for the sai monsoon uses and swaps the maverick unique sai for monsoons sai as well, also swaps desperado raiden's head for monsoons creating  somewhat accurate cosplay, to fix the stretching of the sai skin (the machete,) simply equip the sai as the unique weapon as well.

to fix the head not being textured, enter the monsoon boss fight so the texture is called in.

the stretching of the head cannot and will not be fixed unless i somehow figure out how to edit the asset properties in Hex Editor
