TRCN Marine Outis

I tried to keep her balanced in comparison to the rest of the cast. However as Outis is a very experienced War Veteran (as far as I know), I belief she should be the strongest Squad Leader in MENACE out of all other sinners with mayyyybe Ryōshū being a exception. So she has High stats and a strong perk tree with very high supply cost and low health.

Install MelonLoader 0. 7. 2+

Copy the file 'MenaceCustomLeader.dll' of Lord_Tetchi's Custom Leaders mod into the 'Mods' folder in the game directory.

Copy the folder 'outis' into the 'Mods' folder in the game directory.

Below is my reasoning for the balancing. As I wanted to make Outis a strong SL but keep the game challenging AND make her reflect her strengths and weakness in Limbus Company. Also, without being able to add custom perks, there is only so much to work with. Feedback is appreciated.

Base ID Outis is quite offense oriented with +3 Attack Level and, relatively, high roiling skills. A bit better that medium speed. She's not the best at taking damage hover with very low HP with very high stagger threshold and a -4 Defense Level, though her defense skill has only -3 Defense Level and is an Evade Skill which is by itself very good.

With that in mind Squad Leader Outis has slight higher AP, high accuracy, very high discipline, high critical and defense. But very low hit points and damage reduction with a very high supply cost, promotion tax and squaddie tax.

I hope her perk tree is not TOO OP even with her bad survivability and high cost, with all the extra %damage perks. But it was the closest I got to adding her skill, coin and passive effects which are all Deal x% more damage. Her passive Executor: If target’s SP is below 0, deal +10% damage. Is Yaz's No Mercy. And her Skill 3 If target’s HP is above 50%, deal +20% damage. Is Greifinger's Guerilla.

In terms of perks she has all the common ones, starts with the melee attack (needs to have that gunblade).

On Tier 1 she has Zig Zag that coupled with her High defense is working as her evade skill.

At Tier 2 there is Standby cuz her broken wristwatch and pocket watch on E. G. O. also she's well disciplined. Then Command: Rally as I think it fits quite well and I didn't want to give Taking Command to distance her from Pike as her personality (and stats somewhat) already is so similar to his and Taking Command is Pike's most distinctive mechanic. And lastly No Mercy From Yaz that works similar to her passive, and you unlock her passive at Uptie 2 so that's appropriated.

Then, on Tier 3 she has Vanguard (look boat). Call Out Target vibes with the commander thing. Run And Gun emphasizes melee shenanigans. And Guerilla from Greifinger, if the target is above 50% HP her Skill 3 does 20% more damage, as you unlock her Skill 3 at Uptie 3 I find it fitting to place it here.

Lastly on Tier 4 there's

Stalwart from Pike... but I don't know what else to put here, and she does hate deserters. And Firing Line cuz I REALLY don't know what else to put on tier 4
