Local Forces Improved

This is an attempt to tweak local forces units to make them slightly more useful as allies. Currently its a series of stat buffs, an added perk and trading accessories to give them slightly better anti tank capability. No further development is planned but if Overhype add additional Local Forces units or there's a demand for additional buffs (better weapon, more health, etc) or to cover the other allied squads (e.g. the hunters or militia) then I'll put out an update.

Local Forces (Infantry/MMG Squad/Mortar Squad) gain the Minimize Silhouette perk and a +15 to their Discipline and Accuracy. Local Forces Infantry trade their Anti Tank Grenades for a trio of Wurfger Disposable AT-Launchers.

Installation

This mod is safe to add and remove mid game.

Install via the Mod Manager

Download the zip file - Open the Mod Manager - Drag/Drop Mod into the loader - Make sure to install the melon loader and Menace modkit plug ins at the top of the app = Done 

If you run into any bugs particularly after a patch; please follow these steps first before reporting the bug. Currently patches can corrupt mod files loaded by the modding kit.

  []A. Menace modkit wherever it is installed [/]

  []B. Documents > MenaceModkit (delete the entire folder)[/]

  []C. Appdata > Roaming > MenaceModkit (delete the entire folder)[/]

  []D. Steamapps > common > Menace > Menace_Data (Make sure its empty)[/]

  []Step 2: Reinstall the game[/]

  []Step 3: Unzip the modkit[/]

  []Step 4: Reinstall your mod(s) of choice[/]

  Compatibility

  This should work with virtually every existing mod unless they edit the entity templates for the local forces. This is included in Expanded Army Lists.
