L50 MMPRL Rocket Launcher

First of all, I want to thank "LoveFlame-RomanS" for the idea, and sprite art, this mod wouldn't exist without him.

With that out of the way, the L50 MMPRL (Marine Multi-Purpose Rocket Launcher) is a completely new special weapon, it costs the same as a MAAL, and I would consider it a sidegrade to it, while it has lower armor penetration, and is overall less effective against heavily armored vehicles, it is less harsh on the RNG side of things due to shooting 4 times, therefore, a 50% chance to hit isn't a 50% chance to do nothing, but it just means you will do 50% less damage, it trades raw performance for reliability, and, on top of that it is able to shoot HE rockets at infantry targets, making it more multipurpose.

I am including images of the weapon's stats in the mod description, the HE rocket barrage applies its own modifiers upon the weapon's raw stats. The weapon has a rarity of 60, which means it will be available in the blackmarket quite late into a playthrough, if you wish to use it early, you can spawn it in via the Menace Modkit Console, simply press the tilde button (~), and type in "spawn specialweapon.rocket_launcher_l50".
