Fixes IAR in mission icon where grayscale and colored icons were reversed
In missions, icons become grayscale when there is insufficient AP to use the item. For the IAR, these icons are reversed, which is quite annoying. This mod does not add new assets, but simply assigns the correct icons to the correct fields, fixing this eyesore.
