Are you tired of equipping your weapon teams with pipe guns? This is the mod for you.
Simply reduces the deploy cost of the carbine to be identical to the pipe gun.
Technically, this is an advantage and makes the carbine "too good", but honestly you're probably not firing the carbine outside of the first mission anyways.
