Installation:
Download all dependencies and install
Drop it in to CustomCharacters folder in \BepInEx\Plugins folder (Create if you dont have it)
Issues:
If you have no translation issue I think its cause my system locale is different than yours.
(CustomCharacter mod creator doesn't know how to fix it yet)
