Temperature Management Specialists FFPP Volume 2

A rework of my third portrait mod, utilising what I have learnt to get better quality more consistent images but also more character, colour and individuality into the portraits.

Whereas the original pack would mostly have suited the professional look, this one contains a more eclectic mix of characters that I think you would find working as mercs in this world. Rookies still wet behind the ears through to veterans who have perhaps stared down the barrel of an AC10 one too many times. Pirates, criminals, cultists, down-on-their-lucks, gladiators, fame chasers, hereditary warrior classes, adrenaline junkies, hardnuts, jokers and mirthless quiet types. With all the colours, styles and attitudes that could entail.

This mod (and all portrait mods) work much better with HUD DIY . It allows you to customise various aspects of the HUD, including the size and position of portraits when comms appear on screen. Results will vary depending on your screen resolution. You need the main DIY file plus the Portraitedit optional file from that page.

There are two packs with two versions of each pack - with and without backgrounds. The packs are compatible with each other and all my other portrait mods - however the with and without background packs of the same name are not (e.g. with backgrounds pack A is not compatible with no backgrounds (NB) pack A).

Pack A - 528 portraits. This pack is the more traditional zoomed in from the waist up style of portrait.

Pack B - 565 portraits. This pack has more zoomed out portraits, generally from the thighs up.

added 18/08/24 Booster - 200 portraits. Mixture of styles, made using different techniques to generate more variety of image composition and body and face details.

The screenshots were taken from an earlier build. In the release build the few cases of duplicated portraits and overly aggressive background removal have been corrected.
