Serious Heat Sink Fix Continued (DLC8)

First of all:

This isn't my own creative work, not in the slightest. I'm simply benefiting from the fantastic work @SeriousTable has done over the years.

Not only has he kept this mod up to date time and again, but now that he’s no longer able to do so, he’s also made his source files available, which really made things easy for me.

So all credit goes to him, and a big thank you from me for that!

Serious Heat Sink Fix (DLC7 Compatible)

So what does this mod do?

It doubles base heat dissipation and base heat capacity for IS mechs equipped with Engine Double Heat Sinks! This includes Star League mechs, late-era mechs, and quite a few Hero mechs.

Especially with the introduction of Clan mechs in DLC7, where this is standard, this helps IS mechs with engine DHS to catch up a little.

In addition to the mechs previously added by Serious Table, this DLC8 update now also fixes the base cooling and heat capacity of the following Mechs:
