Fixes the DPS on the AC2 and AC5 Rapid Fire Variants to be equal with the AC10 and AC20 Rapid Fire
and adds a 2nd rebalanced option that changes the DPS of each Rapid Fire weapon to better represent their caliber
Not Compatible with YAWCE
The Expanded Tooltip mod will show the wrong value for the AC2-RF at every Tier except Tier 1
