Pulse laser overhaul

Pulse Lasers in MW5 don't really have a unique purpose in my opinion, they are too similar to regular lasers. In MW4 the pulse lasers were high firerate but low damage, giving them a different feel and purpose than regular lasers.

This mod will change the Pulse Laser stats of all vanilla weapons to be more in line with MW4. The stats are the following:

Large Pulse Laser > 2. 62 damage - 1. 75 heat - 1. 25s cooldown

Medium Pulse Laser > 0. 60 damage - 0. 30 heat - 0. 75s cooldown

Small Pulse Laser > 0. 15 damage - 0. 05 heat - 0. 25s cooldown

Clan ER Large Pulse Laser > 3. 00 damage - 3. 00 heat - 1. 25s cooldown

Clan ER Medium Pulse Laser > 0. 75 damage - 0. 60 heat - 0. 75s cooldown

Clan ER Small Pulse Laser > 0. 27 damage - 0. 12 heat - 0. 25s cooldown
