Replaces the progression table for both Career Mode and Campaign Mode to give you some reason to keep going after maxing out the original level cap. If you have been playing a while at Rank 15 before installing this mod, you may find yourself already at a higher rank.
Each subsequent rank costs 30% of the total XP earned previously. Ranks 16-30 grant 1 more base salvage share and you gain 1 more negotiation point for every two levels past 15. These numbers (30%, 1 more share, 1/2 negotiation per level) were directly extrapolated from the later Career progression ranks from the base game.
Does not modify any other difficulty settings; simply adds a reason to keep playing after you hit Rank 15.
Some users have reported issues with new campaigns (not careers) where the mod prevents the full star map from being revealed. I have not been able to reproduce this issue. However, the work-around is to not enable the mod when playing a new campaign until after the full star map has been revealed. This happens at around level 3 to 5.
Raises the HOTIS DLC level cap from 15 to 30, requiring 4.6M XP to reach max. Adds 15 new ranks with progressively more Salvage Shares and Points per rank. For players who want extended progression and more salvage rewards.
