• []Changed Chloe's and Jake's persona portraits to Hero

  []Jake and Chloe show up as elite in the pilot roster but are heroes in the mod files. I will have to get assistance to fix this issue in the future. Either way it still works.

  These are portraits that you can use to change Jake Mason’s pilot portrait in Pilot Overhaul Eternal or similar. It is also possible to edit a pilot and add Chloe in if you want. I also restored Goblin’s original portrait and added it to this mod because people keep replacing it with mods or other means.

  I got pics of Jake Mason by taking screenshots from DLC7. It always bugged me that there was never a good Jake Mason pilot portrait or picture and we all knew what Fahad and Ryana, and Goblin looked like, so why not Jake?

  I have made AI generated pilot images based on the screenshots from the DLC7 videos. I also added one screen cap portrait from the game that looked pretty good. It took a lot of effort for them to come out well. AI can be a little tricky. It took me a lot of work to Create Pilot Portraits for Chloe.

  I had to get the AI image generator to place similar armor on Chloe that matched Jake’s in game, Next I had to find a picture of a woman that could be his sister and a hairstyle that matched the original apocryphal BattleTech material. I wish they left Chloe Mason Jr in the story. It would have been better that way I think.

  If you want Chloe in your game I highly recommend the CavaliersExpansion Project by Deserea. Then you can use Pilot Overhaul Eternal to edit the portrait from my mod into Chloe’s bio.

  And finally, this is my first mod for MechWarrior 5 Mercenaries. I put a lot of effort in learning how to do this and make the AI portraits of Jake and Chloe come out right, As I said AI image generation can be tricky when one wants something specific.

  That said, you must ask me permission to use any of the assets in this mod(except for the  ones which were originally from the game). I’m willing to share if someone asks. Please do not use the assets I created in another mod without asking. Again, it took a lot of time and effort to get Mason and Chloe’s portraits generated just right.
