Great care has been made to ensure they actually look like pilots that might be in a cockpit, while maintaining strong visual appeal.
There are other mods that leave backgrounds with windows, grass, weather, flight decks, locker rooms. Pilots who are standing up or posing. All things that do not fit when you see your pilot radio you during a mission. You're on a fire planet, how can your lancemate be radioing you from the beach?

Also I notice people seem to spam the website by uploading additional mods instead of updating their existing mod, or using optional files. Why would you upload the same thing six times?
