Chassis Traits BEGONE

I'm not a fan of how much the chassis affinity traits bloat out the pool of trainable traits and since I'm using Pilot Overhaul, I already have the 'Mech affinity mechanic in that (which I prefer anyway).

This mod disables all the chassis affinity traits from generating on random pilots and from showing up as the result of academy courses. This doesn't remove the traits from existing pilots or pregenerated pilots that already have them and doesn't remove their effects.

BIG RED TEXT WHICH MEANS YOU SHOULD PAY ATTENTION

If you have the "train any trait (even unavailable)" Mod Option toggled ON in Pilot Overhaul, these traits will STILL APPEAR DURING TRAINING. I reserve the right to be a snarky turd if you report the mod not working and it turns out you still had this turned on.
